  2. Devanahalliis a Town Municipal Council in Bengaluru’s rural district. It is the birth place of the well-known monarch Tipu Sultan. Also found here is the Devanahalli Fort built in 1501 by the monarch Dyavegowda (the predecessor of TipuSultan).  Many temples with beautiful sculptures can be found in the town inside the Devanahalli Fort, of which the Venugopalaswamy temple, which faces the main road, is the oldest. There are many business parks and IT companies coming up in Devanahalli, which is booming up the Devanahallireal estate prices. The town is situated at about 40kms to the north east side of Bengaluru. It is located at the site of newly constructed Bengaluru international airport, which is the second largest in the whole of India.

Many gated residential communitiesand villas in Devanahalli are up trending now. • The Outer Ring Road helps connect this place with other commercial areas of the city. • The Karnataka Government has planned a 6 lane carriageway, which will form a link between the Outer Ring Road and the Satellite Town Ring Road in Devanahalli. • This will consecutively help improve the connectivity between NH-7 and the non-CBD commercial areas like Hosur and Whitefield.

There are many industrial parks in this locality, which has boosted and helped increase the number of residential properties in Devanahalli. • The town is also situated near the upcoming $22 billion project of BIAL IT investment region, which is said to be the largest IT region in India. • And there are 3 more IT/ITESparks have also been planned by the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) for Hardware, IT/BT and Aerospace. • With these projects coming up, the residential development in this locality is sure to improve. • Integra Micro Systems, ITC InfoTech India Ltd., SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd., and Manthan Systems are few of the companies found near this locality.

Devanahalli’s real estate situation is slowly making a progress, from being a smallto now being arealty hub. • With many upcoming commercial projects and industrial developments, plots in Devanahalli are expected to get more costly. • A few of them include the Prestige Estates & Projects, Hiranandani Apartments, Hiranandani Villas, The Retreat, Brigade Orchards, Swiss Towns and Sobha Developers. • Residential plots for sale in Devanahalli are priced in the range of Rs. 9639 to Rs. 10266 per square yard. • Brigade Orchards villas, an integrated township is selling villas at Rs.2.90 crore each. • Multi-storey apartments are priced at an average of Rs. 3861 per square feet. • 3BHK villas are priced in the range of Rs. 77 lakhs to Rs. 7.50 crore. • With the growing property market and many new housing options like flats, cottages, villas and row houses, the rates are expected to increase even further.
