  6. Legalitas di Indonesia Karena jenis saham vgmc masih CPS, sehingga belum masuk ke BEJ dan BEI dan belum ada jaminan secara lokal. Berbeda dengan Jenis saham IPO, sudah masuk ke BEJ dan BEI yg sifatnya wajib dan sudah ada jaminan secara lokal. Saham vgmc/cps akan menjadi IPO pada tahun 2015.
