  2. Considerations • You can export your constituent information through your CRM Reports • Constituents • Contributions • Use this information to print reports, graphics, labels, letters and more with standard tools like MS Word

  4. Welcome to Your CRM Click on Reports

  5. CRM Reports Choose one of the reports available -------------------- Example: Constituents Export Report Export to Excel is enabled for all CRM Reports

  6. CRM Reports Export all to Excel or Selec/Filter -------------------- In preparation for export of your CRM information into Excel, you can filter your data and export the results or choose to export without any filters

  7. Select/Filter Constituents Filter Criteria - Optional --------------------------------- Find/select constituents by name, location, preferences, roles, relationships, demographic data and/or contributions history (driven by the information available in your CRM)

  9. Export into Excel Look out for blocked pop-ups in your browser and enable them.
