  4. A FIERCE Centipede One of the FIERCEST centipedes is the Giant Redheaded Centipede. They’re up to 6 inches long but some can be 8 inches long. They are carnivores, like all centipedes, and they feed on other insects such as beetles and butterflies.

There is no recorded gestation period of a centipede, however it is long. 3.It takes 2-3 years for a centipede to become independent. 4.Centipedes can have 15-60 eggs at a time. 5.On average, a centipede can live up from 5-6 years.
