  3. Objectives Are: • To have drivers set mirrors properly • To have drivers use defensive driving skills

  4. Observe behaviors • Discipline negative behaviors • Reward positive behaviors

  5. Observe Behaviors By: • Using MBDA – Management by Driving Around • Using MBWA – Management by Walking Around

  6. Discipline Negative Behaviors With: • Remedial training sessions • Focusing on specific behavior shown

  7. Reward Positive Behaviors By: • Giving letter recognizing positive behavior

  8. Reward Positive Behaviors By: • Giving a five dollar gift card
