  1. 4 Main Features that Forex Broker want in a AI Telegram Chat Assistant We were requested by a Malaysian forex broker named Tradesto to build out their AI capabilities in time for their ICO, token and brokerage blockchain services launch date. They wanted an AI NLU (Natural Learning Understanding) assistance bot to get unique leads in Telegram and automatically handle existing user requests. There are four main features that a forex broker would want out of an AI chat assistant: FAQ (Frequently asked questions), Opening Account, Funding, and Internal Transfer. 1.AI NLU Chat Assistant When users ask frequently asked questions, it can take up unnecessary amount of time and your valuable staff resources. With automated assistant powered by AI, users can ask a myriad of questions with logical, human-like responses. For those who are new to NLU, Google’s Dialogflow is a good way to start building your linguistics database for machine learning.

  2. 2. AI Powered Online Forex Brokerage Application Opening an account is a very valuable feature for the finance industry. It not only saves significant amount of time, but a chat-powered account automation solution can entice users to open accounts. People prefer talking to a real person when opening an account but also enjoy the convenience of applying online. A chat assistant can offer both the human-touch and convenience. Due to the popularity of this feature, we even helped a large commercial bank build out its AI-enabled auto application. 3.Highly secured API for Funding Application Existing members can use an AI chat assistant to check their accounts. Funding requires similar API like the one for IPFS’s AI application. Only with the correct authorization credentials, would the API be linked to a SQL database to retrieve and post sensitive customer data. We developed capabilities for wire transfer, and credit and debit card payments (using Plaid API). 4. Internal Transfers Information Made Easy For internal transfer, as a security measure, the chat assistant would post a re- direct link in the Telegram as illustrated below. Users would then have to login and follow the internal transfer steps accordingly.

  3. Telegram has become the unofficial mainstream channel for the finance and banking industry. Companies looking to target professional and niche users can consider making their own telegram channel and telegram chat assistance to capture potential leads that they not normally find in traditional channels.
