What is the job of a Public Adjuster? • We are public adjusters who practice the precise art of public adjusting and work in a team.  Included in our expert team are insurance experts, legal experts, inventory experts, and structural experts. • The reason we work together as a collaboration of all kinds of experts, is so that together we can create the best possible claim for people in their most unfortunate times.

What is the job of a Public Adjuster? • Having a fully functioning team working on your side, liberates a person of blindly navigating through a crisis on their own and allows them the freedom to spend their time and energy on more immediately important tasks. • This can include finding a new place to live, keeping their business moving, or gathering family that has been affected by their loss.

What is the job of a Public Adjuster? • Most people find it hard to wrap their brain around what a public adjuster does.  This can even extend to the insurance companies themselves. • The concept, however, is really fairly simple.  Public adjusters are advocates who stand up for the rights of people who have to make first party insurance claims.  This might be in the case of an earthquake, fire or flood to name just a few. We stand up for individuals who are simply trying to claim what is rightfully owed to them after years of paying insurance premiums.   • To be clear, we only work with the insured individuals.  We never work on behalf of the insurance companies themselves. You can liken public adjusters to a middle man.

There are times in life when you simply need someone like that to do the job well on your behalf.  Should a person put their house on the market, they would hire a real estate agent to work in their best interests. Similarly, the buyer would hire their own agent to converse with the seller’s on behalf of their interests.  The idea of a middle man is by no means in vain. It is the middle man who will know how to strategically move the process along, while negotiating on their clients’ behalf towards the best possible outcome and transition for both parties. • There are times in life when you simply need someone like that to do the job well on your behalf.  Should a person put their house on the market, they would hire a real estate agent to work in their best interests. The insurance company has their own team of experts and adjusters to advocate on their behalf and we work for those insurance holders that have been forced to use that insurance to make a claim.  We all come together to work through the process as fast and efficiently as possible, in the interest that everyone can look forward to a good outcome. All this with the ultimate goal of getting our client back to their normal personal and/or business life in the fastest time possible.
