  1. 中藥材品質管制之研究(3)梔子-Geniposide及葉下珠成分(2)中藥材品質管制之研究(3)梔子-Geniposide及葉下珠成分(2) • 梔子(Zhi-Zi)為茜草科(Rubiaceae)植物山黃梔(Gardenia jasminoides • Ellis)或同屬植物的乾燥成熟果實。具有清熱、瀉下、利膽及保肝等作用 • ，內含大量 Iridoid glycosides，其中以 geniposide 及其代謝物為主 • 要藥理活性成分。本研究以此為指標成分，利用高效液相層析儀 (HPLC) • 評估市售藥材及其炮製品的品質；發現水梔子 (Sui-Zhi-Zi)高於山梔子( • San-Zhi-Zi)；生品高於炮製品；梔子仁高於梔子殼。而山黃梔的其它部 • 分如葉、枝及花則僅含微量甚至於不含，另外從八月至十二月所採收的新 • 鮮梔子，此成分含量變化不明顯。對於二十一種常用含梔子方劑進行分析 • ，包括八正散、三黃石膏湯、五淋散、平肝流氣飲、加味逍遙散、防風通 • 聖散、洗肝明目散、茵陳蒿湯、柴胡清肝湯、荊芥連翹湯、涼膈散、清上 • 防風湯、清咽利膈湯、梔子柏皮湯、黃連解毒湯、黃連上清丸、滋腎明目 • 湯、越鞠丸、當歸龍薈丸、瀉青丸及龍膽瀉肝湯等。結果顯示另含龍膽的 • 三個方劑：當歸龍薈丸、瀉青丸及龍膽瀉肝湯由於亦含 Iridoid • glycoside ( gentiopicroside )，故分析時與 geniposide 的吸收峰有 • 重疊的現象，經過試驗後將移動相改為0.05 M Na2HPO - MeOH (80:20) • [pH=6.86 ] 後，可同時定量此兩種成分。在投與相同劑量下，水梔子的 • 保肝作用較山梔子為佳；所以，藥材的選擇應以其生理活性成分的含量為 • 依據，而非傳統只強調道地藥材的重要性。葉下珠的成分除了先前所得 • 的 n-Dotriacontanol mixture 、β -Sitosterol mixture 及 Rutin 外 • ，再分離得到四個成分Repandusinic acid A fragement、myo-Inositol • 、Quercetin 及 Gallic acid，至於其它成分尚在純化和鑑定中。
