  2. Lots of city dwellers dream of quitting the city for a new life somewhere different. Some have already made up their minds, reminiscing about past holidays by the sea or camping in a field.

  3. Advantages of Living by the Coast FFor the younger coastal buyer, this could be sport related such as surfing or sailing. As they get older, they could appreciate the coastal walks or entertaining the grandchildren on the beach. Some advantages of coastal living include easy access to activities such as sunbathing, swimming, sailing and fishing. By participating in these activities, they would not only lead a healthier lifestyle, but may also meet new and interesting people along the way.

  4. Advantages of Living in the Countryside The countryside buyer may have other ideas, there is still some sport, mountain biking or hill walking but I think this buyer is more interested in nature and the landscape. Whilst they may not want a farm, the idea of home-grown vegetables or keeping chickens for freshly laid eggs may be the motivation for this buyer.
