  10. MEDIUM TERM FISCAL PLAN (MTFP) (Law No. 5018 / Art.16) • Institutional budget appropriation proposal ceilings, • 3-year documents (yearly rolling), • Based on Medium Term Program, • Prepared by MoF with the collaboration of MoD and Treasury, • Approved by the High Planning Council.

WHAT WE NEED?(2) • More detailed statistics, especially in national account and labor force statistics, • More Back-Casted series. • More Seasonal and Calendar Adjusted Statistics • Harmonizing statisticsbetween different data producer institutions. • Because of data privacy policy, policy makers can not reach some statistics.
