Mission Statement • Mission Statement • My company’s mission is to produce the best Polish food in Connecticut with an affordable cost. • Opportunity • My product is Polish food. • The way my business works is, first I take down orders from customers, then I purchase the products I need to make my food, then I personally hand craft and prepare the products at home, then I simply deliver the product to the people or stores. • The customer will receive a great tasting home-made Polish meal.

Target Market Segment • Demographics • The demographics of my business are, teens 15 and up, male and female, high school education. • Families with low to minimum income. • Geographics • The size of New Britain with about 20,000 people that work and live in a 15 mile radius around they stores I will be selling my products. • Psychographics • People who have the craving for a new and unique food, people who enjoy home made food, and people who like Polish food. • Buying Patterns • Customers go to the stores I sell my products in, they buy the product with either cash or credit card, they take the product home and heat it up either in the microwave or stove and have a great home made meal.

Business & Personal Goals Business Personal • The next steps I need to take to make my business fully operational are, buy or rent a place where I could make many more pierogie’s daily, hire a few skilled employees, and lastly advertise my business in other towns, possibly states. • I will maintain the quality of my food by using the same recipe always. • The way I would expand my business would be to sell my products and advertise in busy places. • I’m really not sure how big my business could get but I’ll find out in the long run. Short-Term • The education or train I could get for my business would be to learn how to possibly make a better pierug using better cheese and flour. Also a new type of filling such as fruit or meat. • Someone I would seek out as a mentor would most likely be my mother. • I plan to run this business until I completely finish college. • I’m not sure how this experience will help me with my career.
