  6. Open curriculum – opportunity for students and local area • autonomy of schools(20 % of the whole curricula) • SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP (agreements, surveys, analysis: local labor market, local-businesses and consumers) • participants' needs (participants = students)

What is the open curriculum? • Objects or modules that the school selects from among the "state" items (original or it can be changed), • Additional objects or modules - with themthe school complete or extend the "state" object or module (for example, mathematics on mathematics) • new subject or module (can be built on local needs and offer the students special knowledge)

  8. Open curriculum is a welcome innovation which is allowed in secondary vocational and technical schools. Each school can independently develop and implement 20% of the learning content.

  9. With open curriculumeach school can provide to the students:1) additional professional skills (practice and theory)2) obtaining additional professionalqualifications (another profession), 3) additional general education (corecompetencies).
