  4. Draw Your Own Castle • At the edge of the crease at the bottom of the page, measure THREE inches to the right. Place a DOT at this point. • Measure THREE inches to the left. Place a dot at this point. • Measure along the crease FOUR inches up. Place a dot at this point.

  6. Draw Your Own Castle • From the dot on the crease at four inches, measure out to the left AND right TWO inches. Place a dot at these points. • Connect these three dots in a straight line. • Connect the two outer dots to the dots at the bottom of the page.

  8. Draw Your Own Castle • Measure up THREE inches from the newest dots you have drawn. Place a dot at these points. • Draw a line to connect these two dots. • Connect these dots to form a square.

  10. Draw Your Own Castle • From the topmost line you have drawn, measure ONE & HALF inches up along the crease. Place a dot at this point. • Connect this dot to the two corners of the box to make a triangle.

  12. Draw Your Own Castle • Go to the bottom of the square in the middle of the page. Measure FIVE inches from both sides. Place a dot at these points. • Draw a line connecting the two points.

Draw Your Own Castle • Now that you have the skeleton for the castle, you can decorate and add details. • Follow the directions in your packet for all the requirements for your completed castle. • 6 towers (3 per side) • 2 turrets (1 per side) • -With air slits • Flag on keep • Cross on chapel • Landscaped • -Moat (optional) • Symmetry of castle • Drawn in perspective • Appropriate color • Neatness and outlined in black ink • TOTAL = 20 points 
