  1. What is ITIL and its various levels of certicaton how will you beneit from it? ITIL was formerly an acronym for Informaton Technology Infrastructure Library. It is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management (ITSM) across the world which is recognized as a set of detailed practces for service management in the IT sector. It is a framework that helps standardize the selectonn planningn delivery and maintenance of IT services within a business. Intermediate: Every module in this third stage deep dives into the various components of the ITSM. The track is split into service lifecycle and service capability modules.
