  13. PRONOSTICO Y COMPLICACIONES • Con DLGprecoz y estricta similar al de la población general. • Sin DLG precoz desnutrición severa, hemorragias, infecciones intercurrentes, neoplasias (carcinomas, adenocarcinomas y linfomas digestivos extradigestivos) 10 a 20% de los EC sin DLG

  14. Enfermedad Celíaca.Tratamiento. • Dieta libre de Gluten de por vida. • En casos severos: nutrición parenteral. • Complejos multivitamínicos. • Corticoides: en los casos severos o de falta de respuesta a la dieta sin gluten.
