  3. 磁碟機的表示方式C:

  4. 資料夾以層級的方式向下延伸 資料夾所在位址的表示方式：磁碟機:\資料夾名稱 例如以E:\airline表示 E:以下第一層的所有資料夾

  5. 每一層級的資料夾以\線隔開 E:\airline\action\

  6. 切換資料夾內容顯示的方式 E:\airline\action\資料夾內所有的檔案

  7. 取消隱藏副檔名

  8. 在撰寫程式時必須包含副檔名

  9. .jpg 或 .gif 圖形照片檔 .pdf Acrobat reader檔 .zip Winzip壓縮檔 .xls EXCEL 檔

  10. .doc WORD文件檔 .exe 程式執行檔 .txt ASCII文字檔 .ppt POWERPOINT 檔

  11. .htm 或html 網頁文件檔 .sav SPSS資料檔 .sps SPSS程式檔

  12. 完整存取路徑的寫法： E:\airline\attention\analysis.xls

  13. 儘量不要將檔案至於桌面及我的文件夾 桌面的路徑C:\Documents and Settings\khsu\ 登入電腦時的user name 我的文件的路徑C:\Documents and Settings\khsu\My Documents\

  14. 開啟新資料夾 輸入資料夾名稱
