Brief Customized Product Maxi & Mini Loop Estimate Process • The costing of the customized product is based on the sales enquiry which is generated by the sales force. • The estimator verifies the BOM and define the production technique. • On the basis of BOM and production technique the material cost and overhead cost is calculated. • The system advices the sales team for the optimum ordered quantity i.e. where the wastages are minimum. • The system automatically increases the cost if the optimum quantity is not ordered. 4.
