  2. Paint Paint a picture in bright colours, when it’s a rainy day; a yellow sky will chase the clouds away! Crayons Open a box of crayons, and you will find inside colours you’ve used before and some you’ve never tried! Paper Paper can be smooth or rough. You can hang it on a wall. It can be cut and coloured or crumpled into a ball! Glue Glue is very sticky and lots of fun to squeeze; a little dab holds things down in case you have to sneeze!

  3. Activities …. Cover a drawing of something with black crayon, then scratch the surface and you will see your picture underneath! Cut a shape out and get children to colour around the edge of the shape onto another piece of paper – you are left with the shape underneath  You will need .... Paper, pastels Allow children to ‘be free’ outside with fat chalks – let them draw anything everywhere!
