McCain India Delicious Party Snacks you should give a Try So it is again time for your next house party and you are running out of ideas for some unique yet delicious party snacksto surprise your friends with. When it comes to preparing snacks for parties, all we can think of is to get them delivered at home from some food joint. But, that has now become passe. This time, bring something new to the table. Here are some snacking ideas for your next party Aloo Tikki This is a preparation we all crave for. The best part about this dish is, it takes ingredients that are always available at the kitchen. Also, this preparation happens to be the ultmate choice of the potato lovers when it comes to evening snacks. For this preparation, all you will require -  Potatoes  Vegetable oil  Kashmiri red chilli powder  2 finely chopped green chillies  Coriander powder  Cumin powder  Salt  Minced ginger  Rice flour/Corn flour  Chaat masala Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker till 3 whistles. Now, drain the water and mash them (you can use a potato masher for better results). After the potatoes are mashed, mix it with all the spices (kashmiri red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, minced ginger, rice flour/corn flour). Make sure that the spices are mixed well with the mashed potato. Now, take a pan, brush some vegetable oil in it and let it heat for 20 seconds. Now, divide the mashed mixture into small chunks and shape them using your palms. When you are done with shaping the chunks, place them gently in the pan and fry both the sides till they are golden brown. How about a little Green chutney to go with it? Nothing can beat the combination of spicy potato tikki with a little dip of mashed green chilli and coriander. Here is how you can make it -  Coriander leaves  Ginger paste  Garlic paste  Garlic cloves  Green Chillies  Lemon juice  Cumin powder  Salt  Sugar  Vinegar (optional)  Water Rinse the coriander leaves well and chop them finely. Take all the ingredients along with some water into a blending jar and blend till they form a smooth paste. When the paste is ready, add some vinegar to it and serve with the aloo tikki. Vegetable Aloo Tikki Add a little touch of your own to the regular potato tikkis using some of your favourite fried vegetables like onion, tomato, carrots, bell peppers and so on.   2. McCain India Boil the potato in a pressure cooker till 3 whistles. After 3 whistles, mash the potato (you can also use a masher for better results). Now, take a frying pan, brush some vegetable oil in it and fry the other vegetables (you can add a little salt). Now, take both the mashed potato and the fried vegetables in a bowl and add the spices. Mix well. Divide the mixture into small chunks and shape them using your palms. When the chunks are ready, fry them in a pan and serve with your favourite dip. These recipes are very easy to make and time- saving.
