  4. 1. Rebuild BCD: 1. Create Bootable Drive: For this, first you have to download the Media Creation Tool. Then, you should plug in the compatible USB flash drive with 16GB of storage space. After this, you should Run Media Creation Tool and then accept the License Terms. Here, you need to choose Create installation media for another PC. At this point, you should select the language, architecture and edition and then tap on Next option. Now, you should select a USB flash drive and then tap on Next. At last, wait till the process completes.
