MarkeTrak Task Force conducted training for MarkeTrak Phase III, Release 1and IAG • Houston training was held at CNP Tower on August 7, 2012 • Dallas training was held at ONCOR facility on August 15, 2012 • The Austin training is scheduled for August 28, 2012 from 10:00 to 3:00 at the ERCOT Met Center. Attendees may attend either in person or via Web Ex. We encourage all Market Participants to attend

Task force will work with ERCOT to draft a timeline for next release of MarkeTrak (enhancements) slated for serena upgrade Projected Planning Phase: • ERCOT delivers expectation of • Business Requirements • Conceptual design • Test plan • Approval to Execution • The next MarkeTrak meeting is scheduled for August 29, 2012 at the ERCOT Met Center.
