Our hot-desk workspaces are ideal for networking with people/businesses based in Sheffield which can help with making contacts that can help boost your business, you will also have access to a private meeting room and a Photography Studio (for a fee) which are both onsite. These workspaces are located at a professional office space in Sheffield with reception staff who are readily available to help with any requirements. COVID19: In compliance with all COVID -19 restrictions and guidelines.

  2. Prices: £10 /hour £15 /day £65 /week –Deposit: £25 £110 /2 weeks –Deposit: £50 £190 /month –Deposit: £95 £170 /month for 3 months –Deposit: £340 £150 /month for 6 months –Deposit: £300 £120 /month for 12 months –Deposit: £240

  3. The first months’ rent on all our agreements is due the day the tenancy starts and then the 1st of every month going forward on our longer contracts. For an extra charge you can also book our on-site meeting room for things like client meetings and training seminars. Cancellation Policy: For bookings for a week or less, we require at least 2 days’ notice of cancellation. For bookings for 2 weeks, we require at least a week’s notice of cancellation. For bookings for a month, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation. For bookings for 3 months, we require at least a month’s notice of cancellation. For bookings for 6 months or more, we require at least 2 months’ notice of cancellation. These cancellations must be followed otherwise your deposit refund will be affected. Availability: Mon-Fri 09:00am – 05:00pm Our site also boasts of:  Free Parking.  Fast, free, wired, and wireless internet connection.  CCTV / Monitored security onsite.  Several bus services stop less than a minute’s walk away.  Access to a communal kitchen area.  A variety of local food establishments close by.  A shared outdoor space/ Nearby green spaces.  Professionally cleaned daily.  Central Heating  In full compliance of COVID – 19 regulations and guidance.  Manned reception desk  Simplistic, professional, and modern design

  4. Secure space at rear of property to store bikes.  Computers and laptops available to hire.
