  5. End region with FVTX Gas enclosure VTX space frame FVTX space frame

  6. HYTEC drawing of VTX assembly

  7. HYTEC drawing of VTX + FVTX 6.0 cm space, now 7.25 cm Strip interface Gas enclosure 327.5 cm FVTX readout SPIRO board

  8. 6.0 cm at ends is inadequate, currently 7.25 cm - including the FVTX readout electronics. Items still to be defined are the final thicknesses for the SPIRO, FVTX and strip-pixel readout/interface boards. Defining the necessary cooling for these boards – possible cooling plate, cold gas. End plate/gas enclosure at the Z of 400.0 mm not defined yet, waiting on better understanding of cooling. 20.0 cm radius is being met – but a larger R would help relieve the pressure on the cable runs past the FVTX planes. The FVTX planes have been reduced in R and the first plane has been moved to a larger Z to fit the control envirornment. Current Status:
