  5. DESIGN AND BUILD In the Design/Build role DoubleDiamond,Inc will be the single-source of responsibility for the owner. In this method, we will partner with the owner and bring both design and trade professionals under its scope of work. 

  6. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT As a Construction Manager we partner with the owner early in the process to provide expertise and guidance. DoubleDiamond,Inc will assemble a construction team of highly-skilled design and trade professionals managing the project from start through final punch list and beyond.
