  3. Accounting • This course includes the basic principles of double-entry accounting for a service business organized as a sole proprietorship and a merchandising business organized as a corporation.

  4. Computer Applications • A course designed to enhance computer usage. The programs that will be used throughout Computer Applications will be from the Microsoft Office suite and will be used on PC computers. The students will learn to use Word, Excel, Power Point, and how to integrate these programs.

  5. Advanced Computers • This course presents and in-depth coverage of HTML. Students will learn the fundamentals of developing Web pages, creating Web Pages, and common Web page formats and functions. Students will also learn how to add to the functionality of Web pages using Javascript and DHTML, along with the benefits of XML.

  6. Business Principles and Marketing • Providing a comprehensive understanding of business principles, this course is a good choice for students interested in pursuing a business career or wishing to develop career skills. It will introduce students to various facets of operating a business or working in one.

  7. Computer Applications II • This course continues to build computer skills begun in Computer Applications I. It focuses on Microsoft Power Point 2007, Microsoft Access 2007 and Microsoft Publisher 2007. Students will expand computer proficiency through real world practice problems.

  8. Advanced Accounting • This course expands on topics learned in the first year accounting course and includes new topics such as management accounting, cost accounting, not-for-profit accounting and financial analysis.
