  1. Article 2: Gofa.co No Gym Membership? No Problem When we were still in the early stages of navigating our way through this seemingly endless pandemic, we were all forced to move away from working out at the gym as they all shut their doors in a bid to help contain the COVID-19 outbreak. This pushed us to find alternative workout spots and instead of attending in-person classes, we needed to find exercise solutions that weren’t just creative, but effective too. Enter fitness apps like GOFA Fitness, with their AI- powered technology to help guide us and make sure that we maintain correct form throughout our workouts. If you, like millions of others, are still a bit hesitant about returning to the gym while the pandemic continues, we’ve put together a list of places we’ve found to be the perfect environments for productive workouts. Each one offers a different workout experience with its own perks. Who knows? Maybe when the world goes back to normal, you’ll still prefer working out in alternative spaces: ●Parks and playgrounds: Parks and playgrounds make for great places to workout. They both provide plenty of space, as well as fresh air - way better than being in a stuffy gym or finding yourself right in front of an air conditioner blasting icy, dry wind directly onto you. ●Beaches: Come on, who doesn’t love a good view? You can take in a gorgeous horizon while working out. Pro tip: A good stretching or meditation session on the beach will work wonders for helping to calm the mind. ●Your living room: This is one of our favourite workout locations because it’s so convenient. It’s comfortable too - you’ll have everything you need around you and you don’t have to worry about bumping into anyone else around you. ●Yards and gardens: If your home has a yard or a garden, why not venture out there to mix things up a bit and enjoy a workout on the grass? Take in plenty of fresh air, maybe admire a flower or two and get some Vitamin D, all while burning calories and getting stronger. Working out away from the gym doesn’t need to be a challenge: in fact, you may even enjoy it more. Alternate workout venues and make each exercise session one that you can look forward to. Just make sure that you workout safely, and keep your mask on if there are people around.
