  2. 1. Scratch Scratch is a popular programming language for kids and beginners. Designed mostly for children aged 8 to 16. Scratch is a block- based programming language that emphasizes simplicity and intuitiveness. It is simple for novice coders to learn the basics thanks to the highly visible UI. Rather than developing code line by line, block-based coding integrates pre-written lines of code into visually represented building blocks.
