Enhancing Environmental Crime Prevention through Intelligence-Led Enforcement

The Environment Agency (EA) is adopting the National Intelligence Model to improve the detection and prevention of environmental crime. Recognizing that waste criminals are becoming increasingly sophisticated, the EA aims to take a proactive approach in tackling waste crime. This model facilitates professional intelligence management within UK law enforcement and promotes collaboration between various parties. The success of this initiative relies heavily on information sharing. If you have information about environmental crime, you can contact the national intelligence team or CRIMESTOPPERS anonymously.
