  6. Methods • Descriptive cross sectional survey • Post graduate students in General Surgery and Anesthesia in 2nd & 3rd year • Pretested self administered questionnaire with open and closed ended structured question was used for data collection 13th COSECSA AGM Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

  7. Results • 76 % response rate (n=43) • 94 % -research is important to their career • 85% -intended to submit dissertations for publication 13th COSECSA AGM Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
