  3. The Morrison & The Civic • Through a successful public/private partnership we were able to create • affordable for-rent housing for the Housing Authority of Portland (HAP). The • Morrison includes a 5-story, 140-unit, low-income, mid-rise apartment • complex • Both the condominium units and the apartments will sit atop approximately • 40,000 square feet of ground level retail space, approximately 4,000 square • feet of mezzanine retail space and a 400-stall underground parking garage • Also on the site is the Civic, a 16-story, mixed-use development along this • energetic cross-section of urban culture near downtown • Anticipating LEED Silver certification

  4. 1700 • Affordable for sale units average 620 sq ft • Luxury structure, systems, and enclosure • Establish value based price point without sacrificing design or sustainability • Fossil fuel free building with visible sustainable features to help educate buyers • A less than 1:1 parking ratio and flexible stall purchase options reduces initial cost as incentive to utilize nearby public transit • 260,000 sq. ft. 16-story condominium tower and ground level retail • Project Cost - $100 Million • Completion Aug 2009 • Anticipating LEED Gold certification
