Before rebranding in 2009 we had been widely known as ESTORA, AAS 1992-2001 and ESTORA RE, AAS in 2001-2008. Over the years, Glob Al Group has been the general sponsor of international forums and summits of insurers and reinsurers in Baden-Baden, Monte Carlo, Zurich, Moscow, Kiev, Riga and Yalta. Now based on our rich experience, professional team, position in the finance, insurance and reinsurance markets we are going to expand and develop the company’s operations following the below strategy: Al Mubadarah DMCC works with the partners and manage the risks from the region of MENA - Middle East and North Africa. Glob Al Reinsurance DMCC develops reinsurance business with the partners from post- USSR region – our primary focus is on the countries of CIS, The Eurasian Economic Union and BRICS.

UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES, PART 1 OF 2 The absolute minimum requirements for our underwriting team to estimate the risk are as follows:  Reinsurance Slip or a request including insurance/reinsurance terms & conditions, sum insured, deductible(s)  Risk Survey Report (if available)  Loss history  Exclusions  Special requirements/conditions  Terms of payment and total deductions We guarantee to respond to each quotation request within 4-7 working hours after receiving it by e-mail. We are also ready to take the risks as a following Reinsurer.

  20. UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES, PART 2 OF 2 We can provide our support in all types of risks. However, for some of them (please see the list below) we need maximum possible information on the risk, more time to make a decision and agree such risk in accordance with our internal rules. As a rule we do not reinsure the following risks on a regular basis:  Sanction risks;  War risks and SRCC;  Fine Art, Perishable, Explosive, Ammunition and other hazardous cargoes;  Vessels and aircrafts over 25-year-old;  Environmental risks;  Space Risks and Space-Related Risks;  ALOP;  And other specific (non-standard) risks.
