  2. Post Project Review • At the end of the project a review meeting is called to reflect on the project • It involves project staff, the client and other stakeholders • It gathers information from all parties • It is documented in a report

  3. Post Project Review It determines if the project has met its project objectives i.e. • Original requirements for performance, cost and time • Original purpose • Product requirements

  4. Post Project Review The information gained in the post project review is used to: • Understand difficulties • Identify best practice • Provide input to future projects • Finalise payment

  5. Resource Practice You are in charge of making a plan to prepare for a picnic. The specification is: • The picnic will be in a park 100 km from your house. There will be four people, all in the same family, going in one vehicle. No cooking is allowed, so all of the meal must be "cold." • Use your previously developed WBS and AON
