  6. NorsemanTransit through Bering Sea Chief Scientist: Rebecca Woodgate is PI for Bering Strait, but Jim Johnson will check with crew to see if they would be up for deploying some buoys in route. Dates: July Current Positions of USIABP/IABP show gaps in the network along the cruise track! Deploy 2-3 SVP-B (DBI) Buoys in Bering Sea in transit to Nome for Sea as shown by red circles along track?

CGC Healy – 1601Transit through Bering Sea Chief Scientist: Russ Hopcroft, NOAA Dates: 02 Jul/10 Aug Seward/Seward Current Positions of USIABP/IABP show gaps in the network along the cruise track! Deploy 4 SVP-B (DBI) Buoys in Bering Sea in transit to the Chukchi Sea as shown by red circles along track?

  8. CGC Healy – 1601Ocean Exploration • Chief Scientist: Russ Hopcroft, NOAA • Dates: 02 Jul/10 Aug Seward/Seward • Expected Positions of USIABP/IABP during cruise are shown as blue circles, indicating probable gaps in the network along the cruise track! • Deploy: • 1 PSC UpTempO • 5 SVP-B (DBI) Buoys in Chukchi Sea as time allows, e.g. at Full Stations as suggested by red circles.
