Case Study Objective • What are we doing and why? • The objective of this project is for our team to be able to effectively analyze and present various leadership styles to an audience • Inter-relate with the other quadrants of strategy implementation • Below is the core concepts of this analysis: • What defines leadership in the three maturity cycles of an organization • Leadership styles • Evolution of a leader • We will present three companies according to organizational lifecycle (maturity level) and then do a detailed overview of each with an executive summary or conclusion at the end
