  2. Draft PANS-AIM Chapter 4 Development Guiding Principles Key Principles ● Complement Chapter 4 of draft amendment 38 to Annex 15 by amplifying the SARPs. ● Parallel’s Chapter 4 of Annex 15. ● Addresses the performing organization (User) ● Incorporates Mature industry standards

  3. Draft PANS-AIM Chapter 4 ● Chapter 4 developments after SG8 1.Covers the collection of Aeronautical data Attributes and other metadata to ensure completeness of the collected data. 2. Addresses the Data quality and integrity requirements 3.Incorporates other information of descriptive nature necessary to complement the scope of AI ana Aeronautical data to be collected.

Draft PANS-AIM Chapter 4 ● Chapter 4 developments after SG8 The following items have been included to support the collection of data required especially for managing the GEN part of AIP. -Air Navigation Services -National regulations, rules and procedures -Temporal Reference systems -Conversion/conversion formulae Note: Some items are captured as is in the Annex for the sole purpose of supporting guiding principle number 3 of slide two above.
