  • Students are very interested
  • Provides a learning experience different from conventional/classical education. Active learning, unusual communication with a teacher as supporter/team player
  • Change of attitudes, increased self-reliance, desire to influence and shape circumstances, development of personal potential
  • Entrepreneurial skills acquired help students in more active contribution to the existing family business

  • Teachers consider KAB to be extremely beneficial for their professional development
  • TVET teachers – direct interest, perspectives,
  • TVET teachers- self-improvement, professional and personal growth, (long) waited opportunity for self-advancement, desire to start own business
  • TVET teachers- change of attitude to organisation of education process,
  • TVET teachers- availability of a complete set of training course on economic education.
  • There are no teachers that would completely reject the program, but admittedly few have skepticism

Conclusions/Lessons Learned – cont
  • TVET schools – practical applications of the KAB, solution of graduates’ job placement problem, new training methods and tools, upgrading teachers’ qualification
  • Constant changes in the business plan to take into account changing bank requirements. The Master file (Facilitators Handbook) was revised twice. The training plan is constantly revised to adapt to country differences. More then 10 business and role games were introduced by current MTs.
  • Uzbekistan suggests to issue a handbook of business games.
  • There is a proposal to revise the current Business Game in order to transfer it from a separate module into a set of training tools with practical game situations.
