  1. About the Chapter Chandigarh Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India was formally inaugurated on 31st January in the year 1978 by the then Chief Commissioner, Union Territory, Chandigarh in the presence of a large gathering of members, students, senior officials of the ICSI Headquarters and other distinguished guests. Mr.S.K.Tuteja, IAS, a senior fellow members of the Institute, was the first Chairman of Chandigarh Chapter who played a pioneering role in nurturing the Chapter at the initial stages. Presently, the Chapter has in its roll more than 300 members and 1700 students. To cater the training and other development requirements of our students and members the chapter organizes various training and development programmes for such as – MSOP, SIP, EDP, Talks, Oral Coaching Classes and Professional Development Programmes.
