濕制標本製作. 10/2007. 材料. 器皿：膠筒／玻璃標本瓶 防腐劑： 75% 酒精、 4% 福爾馬林 (formalin) 承托標本物料：玻璃、膠片 其他：魚絲、剪刀. 常用防腐劑. 酒精. 福爾馬林. 步驟. 用魚絲及玻璃片將標本固定. 將標本放入標本瓶. 注入防腐劑，. 注入防腐劑，覆蓋標本  完成. 若使用玻璃標本瓶，須於瓶蓋邊緣封臘，防止防腐劑揮發. 保存濕製標本 保持空氣流通（揮發的防腐劑對身體有害 定時補充揮發了的防腐劑. 學生學習剪影.

  2. 材料 • 器皿：膠筒／玻璃標本瓶 • 防腐劑：75%酒精、4%福爾馬林 (formalin) • 承托標本物料：玻璃、膠片 • 其他：魚絲、剪刀

  3. 常用防腐劑 酒精 福爾馬林

  4. 步驟 用魚絲及玻璃片將標本固定

  5. 將標本放入標本瓶 注入防腐劑，

  6. 注入防腐劑，覆蓋標本  完成
