Importancia de la nefroprevención Epidemiología de la IRA ha cambiado al igual que su incidencia y mortalidad Persiste como una complicación que agrava el pronóstico del paciente crítico 9-15% de pacientes críticos Mortalidad: -IRA aislada: 10-15% -IRA en el contexto de SDOM: 40-90% ->en pacientes con IRA y TRR IRA leve a moderada también afecta el pronóstico
