11. Papers written in Spanish and other languages sent in to DRC with student cover sheet. DRC will record student in database and send papers back to NDE for scoring/accounting.

12. If student is taking a local alternate assessment (1%) an answer sheet is filled in and sent to DRC. The 1% writing assessment itself is not sent in.
