What is PhAMLI? • Pharmacy Alliance for Mentorship, Leadership, and Information • Affiliated with American Pharmacists Association (APhA) at UCSF • Mentoring program pairs undergraduate students with a mentor from UCSF SOP • Provides opportunity to experience pharmacy school and explore pharmacy as a career

Why should you join? • One-on-one contact with UCSF SOP student • Get advice on: • Pharmacy School applications • Pharmacy School Interview process • Career options in pharmacy • Experience life as a pharmacy student • Opportunities to attend UCSF SOP events • Learn about different pharmacy careers • Network and meet new people!

  6. Certificate of Completion • Requirements • Kick-off Picnic • Shadow your mentor • Attend 1 UCSF SOP Event • Submit 1 page (double-spaced) reflection • Pharmacist Panel & Awards Ceremony • NO EXCEPTIONS!

  7. Membership • 2 application forms: APhA & PhAMLI • Membership dues $65 • Write check to: APhA • Turn in both application forms + check • Ask a PILLS officer for the address to which you send your completed form • Deadline: postmarked by October 1, 2008
