Request for Records If the student attends; • Archdiocesan Catholic School in Baltimore • Standard Archdiocesan Form (from middle school) • Public / Private / Home Schooled • INDIVIDUAL high school forms Note: Identify 3 schools to send records Student and Parent must sign and return to middle school Admissions Procedures

  9. Request for Records • Completed Archdiocesan Records Form • Confidential • Final 6th and 7th grade grades and comments/and attendance • 1st Trimester, 8th grade grades and comments/and attendance • Standardized Testing Scores (Stanford) Admissions Procedures

Archdiocesan High School Placement Test(HSPT) • December – Two dates – different schools on different dates • Schools listed in priority order • Cash Fee - $30 • Extended time documentation • Practice books (ex. ARCO) • SUS – summer prep book; material reviewed in Reading, English and Math Admissions Procedures

  11. Tuition Assistance • Scholarships • Guidelines differ from school to school • May require additional essays and letters of recommendation • Financial Aid • Deadlines • Requirements Admissions Procedures
