  10. Case Scenario AUDI, winter 2010 Test field AUDI, plant Ingolstadt, ProfilGate installed inside plant, traffic: ca. 300 movements per day Significant amount of dirt captured already after 3,5 days using (to be seen in the tray, when grid lifted)

  12. To be seen on the left: hand script of the Audi contact: The amount of dirt captured by ProfilGate in the period from 8. March to 26. March 2010 (18 days). A total amount of 16kg of dirt has been captured, which otherwise would have contaminated the floor. Traffic: ca. 300 movements per day.

  13. The amount of dirt captured in each segment gets less from segment to segment. For an optimal cleaning of the tires we recommend at least 3-4 tire contacts with the ProfilGate segments. (π x Diameter x 3) = mininum length for optimal cleaning Driving direction
