CASE 1 • A 33 year old woman working in a noisey environment for over three years • Concerns began three months ago with constant, intense high-pitched ringing in both ears, headache, insomnia, sometimes discriminatory failure. • Udiological tests were performed with normal hearing results. • However,in an Otoaccustic emmissions study there was incipient damage of external ciliated cells detected . On not having expressed(emitted) auditory answer, basically in sharp extreme frequencies of 3000 and 4000 Hz in both ears(hearing).

CASE 1 CONTINUED • It is considered to be a Dx of auditory fatigue and probable incipient hearing damage. • Treatment was given for three weeks with Nicergolina,1 dropper of AquaLift and 8 drops of T.M. Essentials twice a day. Which has taken it back to Nicergolina more a drop of Aqualift externally, just two weeks to date with significant symptomatic improvement of headache, only occasionally ringing in the ears, improved sleep as well as eliminating anxiety caused by ears.

CASE 2 • 47 year old woman diagnosed with chronic vertigo through a functional cochleovestibular sequelae study. • The study concluded that Case 2 had Meniere's Disease. • It has been in control for more than three years, with symptoms still present. • Treatment was given of Aqualift in a dropper three times a day in half a glass of water alongside 8 drops of T.M. Essentials. The last shot of Aqualift created significant improvement.

CASE 2 CONTINUED • Case 2 related that in spite of treatment with acetazolamide, and betahistidina hydrochloride, and Cinarizina , sometimes Difenidol, a feeling of fullness otic and crisis of hours duration, in addition with strict dietary measure , however in the two weeks of Medipure treatment, aural sensation of fullness and feeling of instability have disappeared which was constant. • Continuous monitoring of developments in this case, also indicate an increase of antioxidants in the body.

  7. CASE 3 • Ma 57 years old; history of hypertension and long evolution allergic retinitis. Right vertebral artery atheroma DX. • Regards P.A of 6 months with dizzying feeling for hours in duration, imbalance, sense of clogged ears (both) and hearing fluctuations. • Otoscopy: normal

CASE 3 CONTINUED • Initial audio-vestibular study diagnosis of menieriforme process and/or Meniere's disease. • Audiometry: tonal, with data of bilateral superficial hearing loss with descending profile, mainly in extreme frequencies. • Logo-audiometry: with verbal catchment from 30dB. • Logical Audio study conducted September 27th, 2010 • Normal bilateral hearing

CASE 3 CONTINUED • Case 3 received treatment of Betahistedina hydrochloride 16mgs a c/12 hours orally for a month, later from ago 1 month is treated with Aqualift 1 dropper 3 times a day (with half a glass of water) alongside 8 drops of T.M. Essentials. • Improvement of vestibular and hearing symptoms continue.
