To create the Requirements Workshop Powernoodle:
What are the opportunities?
Examples might be new processes or technologies.
What are the threats?
Examples might include regulatory changes or advances in technology.
What are our strengths?
Ideas might include things you do particularly well.
What are our weaknesses?
Ideas might include things you could do more quickly, or more efficiently.
In this Powernoodle, the Organizer will customize the Powernoodle and lead the group through 4 questions.
You will deal with each question concurrently. Work through the Brainstorm step for each question, then the categorise for each, and so on.
Encourage everyone to expand on their ideas, ask questions, or provide background information in the Comments.
Brainstorm – encourage Participants to add all their ideas in each Question.
Categorize – sort ideas into department or organization functional areas, for example finance, regs and legal, capital investment, etc.
Vote – set the number of votes per Participants and make sure everyone votes on which ideas are the most important.
Prioritize – ask everyone to assign limited resources to the ideas based on strength, weakness, opportunity or threat.
Report – download the spreadsheet report to capture all input.
