GIS in Paratransit

Denver Regional Transportation District's Access-a-Ride (AaR) provides complimentary paratransit service. This project focuses on utilizing GIS to extract fixed-route scheduling system data, apply ADA business rules, and export buffered route traces and service spans. Additionally, the project explores the impact of bus service changes on AaR customers and analyzes Call-n-Ride (CnR) trip data for service planning and coordination. Quality control measures are implemented for CnR in Longmont, Via, and bus locations.
