  2. Steps for LIVE 360s • Coach PBC to identify interviewees • Partner with PBC to develop 3-4 key questions for the 360 input • Receive names & contact info for up to 6 interviewees (PBC schedules them) • Compile report of trends, major messages from the feedback • Use as a “framework” for future coaching sessions iNTERNAL iMPACT | Team Training 2

  3. Benefits of LIVE 360s • Less hassle than electronic 360 to administer • Questions are customized to the person receiving feedback • Responses from interviewees tend to be more open/helpful; not gushy, not vindictive • Coach can draw out better responses from interviewees • Coach is very practiced in protecting confidentiality which is needed in report iNTERNAL iMPACT | Team Training 3

  4. Challenges of LIVE 360s • Too many questions! Limit to 3-4 • Scheduling with interviewees! Let PBC handle that • Reluctance by the interviewees to be live • Etc iNTERNAL iMPACT | Team Training 4

  5. Guidelines for Communication to Interviewees • Objectives to help them be a better leader • Confidentiality • Opportunity to give suggestions rather than criticisms • Balanced interviewees • Used as a framework iNTERNAL iMPACT | Team Training 5

  6. Framework for the questions • What do you want to learn from these people? • What behaviors do you want to be assessed on (from Leadership Challenge)? • Leadership competencies • Coaching competencies • Strengths/areas for improvement • What to start/what to stop? iNTERNAL iMPACT | Team Training 6
