  2. Time to start your own beach body fast action plan! As with everything in life, we do not plan in advance. We start thinking about things like this when they confront us. It seems like Christmas was just yesterday. With either school, work or family obligations, we lose track of the time as well as taking care of ourselves. The weather starts to change and we start to panic thinking about going to the pool or the beach for the first time this year. You can not starve yourself and get the beach body you want. You need to eat so your body body does not go in to starvation mode and so most importantly, you can exercise to shape and tone your body. Just taking action and sticking to a specific plan will allow you to feel better about yourself, making that pool or beach outing more comfortable.

  3. The first step to getting your beach body fast is changing your diet. Start by making sure your eating at least five small meals a day. Six would be better. Doing this will start to increase your bodies metabolism and keep it burning calories all day long. It will also help your body to start to let go of the excess water your holding. This will quickly give you that great feeling of leaning out that we get that we all look forward to.

  4. The second thing we need to do is start eating small portions of protein with every meal. Protein slows down the the breakdown of the food in your system and keeps your blood sugar level, which should be your main focus. The more you control your blood sugar the better your energy levels will be. Every time you eat you should combine your protein with a fibrous carbohydrate. Make it like building a camp fire. Start with a little bit of starchy carbs and then place the protein and fibrous carbs on top to keep the fire burning longer. The third step is to change your fluid intake. Stop drinking fruit juices and sodas and change to either green tea or flavored water. I like drinking water with different sugar free powders. I find that it is easier to get my gallon of water down a day. This amount of water is necessary to drink daily to help in the weight loss process to get your beach body fast.

  5. The fourth and final piece to the action plan is to add movement to your body. I do not call it exercise. It could be anything as long as your moving your body more than you normally do. Ideally you can wake up a half our early and just walk briskly for just 20 minutes before breakfast and do weightless squats, lunges, and wall pushups to fill in the last ten minutes.
