Yearbook is Recruiting! • Monday, April 16th- applications available with Landrew • Monday, April 30th- applications DUE to Landrew by 3:10 • Tuesday, May 1st- interview slips are distributed • Tuesday, May 8th- interviews held during 8th period • We encourage anyone with questions or interest to ask with no hesitation and pick up a form !

  6. Fun Run and wellness fair • The Spring Independent School District is proud to kick off its 2018 Fun Run and Wellness Fair in support of student scholarships. This event will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Carl Wunsche Sr. High School, 900 Wunsche Loop, with the race kicking off at 7:30 a.m. followed by a Wellness Fair until 12 noon. • The course is a 3-mile loop for runners and a 1.5-mile loop for walkers through Old Town Spring.

  7. April is World Autism Month • Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder, is a range of disorders that affects how a person acts, interact, communicate, and learn with others. There is not one but many conditions of Autism. • The eleventh annual World Autism Awareness Day was April 2, 2018. Let’s show our support by wearing blue on April 20, 2018.

  14. FOOD DELIVERED for students • Students this is a reminder that only parents are allowed to deliver a lunch for you at school, and your parents can only bring a lunch for you.

  15. Lost and Found • If you have lost an item, please check the front office. Items not claimed after two weeks, will be donated. • If you find a lost item, please turn it in to the front

  16. Sack lunches • Students if you will be returning on the 1 p.m. bus from Lone Star, please make sure to pick up your sack lunch before leaving to Lone Star. You will not be allowed to pick up a lunch from the cafeteria when you return. Additional Lunch Choices: • Monday – Spicy Chicken Salad • Tuesday – Turkey Manderin Salad or Cobb Salad • Wednesday – Popcorn Chicken Salad • Thursday – Spinach Bacon & Egg Salad or Spicy Chicken Salad
