FY10 Congressional Earmark Request • Continue exploring how service members can receive education and training using a variety of mobile devices and strategies • Expand development efforts to operational cultural awareness training for countries and regions specified by the Center for Information Dominance, Center for Language, Regional Expertise and Culture (CLREC). • Provide OCATs to CID for use with pre-deployment, on-board ships and in other training situations.
